Atlaso’yu indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları ve App Store’daki her uygulama için geçerli olan Apple Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi’ni (“Apple EULA”) kabul etmiş olursun. Bu koşullar ile Apple EULA arasında çelişki olursa, Apple’a karşı haklar bakımından Apple EULA geçerlidir.

  1. Uygulama. Atlaso, Cedi Studio tarafından geliştirilen ücretsiz bir bayrak ve coğrafya bilgi yarışması oyunudur. Sana kişisel, ticari olmayan, devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir kullanım lisansı verilir; oyun ve içeriği (sorular, metinler, grafikler, karakterler, ülke kartları) Cedi Studio’ya aittir.
  2. Yaş. Oyun genel kitleye yöneliktir ve 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. 18 yaşından küçüksen satın alma yapmadan önce ebeveyninden veya vasinden izin al; ebeveynler Apple’ın Ekran Süresi ve “Satın Alma İste” özellikleriyle satın almaları kontrol edebilir.
  3. İçerik. Bayraklar, haritalar, sınırlar, ülke ve şehir bilgileri eğitim ve eğlence amaçlıdır; doğru ve güncel tutmaya çalışırız ancak hata içerebilir. Harita ve sınır gösterimleri herhangi bir siyasi görüş ya da resmi tanıma ifade etmez. Bir hata görürsen bize yaz.
  4. Sanal para ve öğeler. Altın ve ipuçları yalnızca oyun içinde kullanılabilen ve yalnızca oynayarak kazanılan sanal öğelerdir; gerçek parayla satılmaz. Bunlar sana ait bir mülk değil, oyunda kullanman için verilen sınırlı bir lisanstır. Gerçek para değerleri yoktur; nakde çevrilemez, başkasına devredilemez, satılamaz veya oyun dışında takas edilemez. Oyun dengesini korumak için sanal öğelerin miktarlarını ve işlevlerini değiştirebiliriz. Sanal öğeler yalnızca cihazında saklanır; uygulamayı silmek ya da cihazı kaybetmek onları kalıcı olarak siler ve geri getiremeyiz.
  5. Atlaso Pro. Atlaso Pro, tüm içeriği açan tek seferlik, tüketilmeyen bir uygulama içi satın almadır; abonelik değildir ve yenilenmez. Satın almalar Apple tarafından, Apple’ın koşullarıyla satılır ve işlenir; fiyat App Store’da kendi para biriminde gösterilir. Pro, aynı Apple Kimliğiyle Ayarlar › Satın alımları geri yükle üzerinden geri yüklenebilir. İade talepleri Apple tarafından yürütülür (reportaproblem.apple.com); Apple bir satın almayı iade ederse ilgili özellikler geri alınabilir.
  6. Reklamlar. Oyun Google AdMob reklamları içerir. Reklamların nasıl gösterildiği ve izin seçeneklerin Gizlilik Politikası’nda anlatılır. Reklamverenlerin ürün ve hizmetlerinden Cedi Studio sorumlu değildir.
  7. Game Center, Düello ve sıralamalar. Düello ve sıralamalar Apple’ın Game Center hizmetiyle sunulur ve Apple’ın koşullarına tabidir. Game Center takma adın rakiplerine ve sıralamalarda diğer oyunculara görünür; saldırgan veya yanıltıcı takma adlar kullanma. Bağlantı kesilmesi gibi nedenlerle bir düello yarıda kalabilir; düello ve sıralama hizmetinin kesintisiz çalışacağını garanti edemeyiz.
  8. Adil oyun. Uygulamayı değiştirmek, tersine mühendislik yapmak, hile veya otomasyon araçlarıyla sanal öğe ya da skor elde etmek, düello veya sıralamaları manipüle etmek, satın alma sistemini atlatmak ya da uygulamayı yasa dışı amaçlarla kullanmak yasaktır. Hileli olduğunu düşündüğümüz skorları sıralamalardan kaldırabiliriz.
  9. Verin. Hesap yoktur; ilerlemen yalnızca cihazında saklanır ve cihazlar arasında eşitlenmez (bkz. Gizlilik Politikası).
  10. Sorumluluk. Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde Cedi Studio; kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışma garantisi vermez ve silinen uygulama, kaybolan cihaz veya ilerleme nedeniyle oluşan kayıplardan sorumlu değildir. Bu koşullar, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun dahil yürürlükteki tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarını sınırlamaz.
  11. Değişiklikler ve sona erme. Uygulamayı, içeriğini ve bu koşulları güncelleyebilir veya uygulamayı yayından kaldırabiliriz; önemli değişiklikleri bu sayfada tarihiyle yayımlarız. Güncellemeden sonra kullanmaya devam etmek yeni koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir. Uygulamayı silerek istediğin zaman kullanmayı bırakabilirsin.
  12. Uygulanacak hukuk. Uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır ve İstanbul mahkemeleri ile icra daireleri yetkilidir; tüketici olarak yerleşim yerindeki tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve mahkemelere başvurma hakkın saklıdır.

By downloading or using Atlaso you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple EULA”), which applies to every app on the App Store. If these terms conflict with the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA prevails with respect to Apple.

  1. The App. Atlaso is a free flag and geography quiz game by Cedi Studio. You receive a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use it; the game and its content (questions, texts, art, characters, country cards) belong to Cedi Studio.
  2. Age. The game is for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 18, get a parent’s or guardian’s permission before buying anything; parents can control purchases with Apple’s Screen Time and Ask to Buy.
  3. Content. Flags, maps, borders and country and city information are provided for education and entertainment; we try to keep them accurate and up to date, but they may contain errors. Map and border depictions do not express any political position or official recognition. If you spot a mistake, let us know.
  4. Virtual currency and items. Coins and hints are virtual items usable only inside the game and earned only by playing; they are not sold for real money. They are not property but a limited licence to use them in the game. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred, sold or traded outside the game. We may change the amounts and functions of virtual items to keep the game balanced. Virtual items are stored only on your device; deleting the App or losing the device erases them permanently and we cannot restore them.
  5. Atlaso Pro. Atlaso Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks all content; it is not a subscription and does not renew. Purchases are sold and processed by Apple under Apple’s terms; the price is shown in your currency on the App Store. Pro can be restored with the same Apple ID via Settings › Restore purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com); if Apple refunds a purchase, the related features may be removed.
  6. Ads. The game contains Google AdMob ads. How ads are shown and your consent options are described in the Privacy Policy. Cedi Studio is not responsible for advertisers’ products or services.
  7. Game Center, duels and leaderboards. Duels and leaderboards are provided through Apple’s Game Center and are subject to Apple’s terms. Your Game Center alias is visible to opponents and to other players on leaderboards; do not use offensive or misleading aliases. A duel may end early, for example if the connection drops; we cannot guarantee uninterrupted duel or leaderboard service.
  8. Fair play. You may not modify or reverse-engineer the App, obtain virtual items or scores through cheats or automation, manipulate duels or leaderboards, bypass the purchase system or use the App for unlawful purposes. We may remove scores we believe were obtained by cheating from leaderboards.
  9. Your data. There is no account; your progress is stored only on your device and is not synced between devices (see the Privacy Policy).
  10. Liability. The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Cedi Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for losses caused by deleting the App or losing a device or progress. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
  11. Changes and termination. We may update the App, its content and these terms, or withdraw the App; material changes are published on this page with a new date. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it.
  12. Governing law. Turkish law applies and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights to bring a claim where you live.
